Physiologically something struck, with a slight calf injury (right) and an inflamed Achilles tendon (left), I went to a five-week stress block in the fourth and the final cross country Wintercupserie:

Despite this rather promising sign, I could with a recent record run (3:26 / km) the second Overall place overall, and secure first place in the general class (20-29 years) in the Winter Cup Cricket 2011! Now it is time to regenerate some time to let heal all ailments.
