With only three weeks of preparation, due to a lengthy ankle injury, (just 413 running miles in the last 19 weeks!) I start another year of participation in a four-part cross Laufcup in the new season:

this year I had just a very short preparation time, I was confused a little, but could not due to placement, time (3:35 / km on a hilly circuit) and ride , notice that I'm back where I was last year, with near-perfect preparation in the fall!
